The NBA's king has much love and respect for the WNBA's queen.
Phoenix Mercury star Diana Taurasi made history Sunday by becoming the league's all-time leading scorer, passing Tina Thompson and her 7,488 points in a game against the Los Angeles Sparks at Staples Center.
LeBron James took notice, and saluted the seven-time All-Star on her monumental achievement in a video for Uninterrupted.
"You set the standard, not only for women's basketball and so many girls that have looked up to you, but basketball in general," said James, who went on to refer to Taurasi as the greatest of all time.
Taurasi entered the night needing 13 points to tie Thompson. She finished with 19 points on 7-of-16 shooting in a blowout 90-59 loss.
